How it works?

Cosmelan is a unique combination of active ingredients of proven efficacy that acts on the the entire process of spot formation to remove the accumulation of melanin and inhibit the formation of new spots.

Cosmelan mechanisms includes two actions: corrective action and regulatory action. The corrective action of cosmelan is the acceleration of epidermis renewal in order to remove melanin accumulation and decreasing the intensity of the spot.  Regulatory action includes a block of melanin transfer from the melanocyte to the keratinocyte, avoiding migration of the pigment to the uppermost layers.

Also, reduction in melanin synthesis inside melanocytes.  This dual corrective and regulating action makes it a unique, all-around treatment.

Long-term results are achieved by inhibiting and controlling the reappearance of dark spots and the development of new spots.
