Fractional Mesotherapy

Face, Body & Hair Restoration

Fractional mesotherapy is a method of hardware cosmetology, which is introducing under the skin cosmetic preparations with the help of microinjection. This method radically differs from traditional mesotherapy by the fact that microinjections are performed into strictly defined places, by a special device – dermapen. Microinjections are using meso cocktail prepared individually for each patient, these are the special substances designed to solve a particular skin problem.
The delicate and high-tech technique of microinjection, as well as the high speed at the impact (the effect of "swap") makes painless injections possible and reduce the side effect in the form of irritation.
The first key benefit from Fractional Mesotherapy is the induction of collagen by controlled wounding. Collagen induction builds layers of the supporting intracellular matrix, promoting healthy, resilient skin that looks younger. The second key benefit from Fractional Mesotherapy is increasing transdermal penetration of actives, facilitating higher product concentrations in the dermis. This has the potential to make topical treatments more effective. Studies suggest that using a skin needling system can increase the effectiveness of topical treatments by several hundred percent.

Effect No. 1 Destruction of old tissue. At the time of numerous punctures, old cells are destroyed. The skin begins to activate stem cells from those areas near the injection site that have not been damaged. These are “mobilization zones”. Stem cells - a building material, a strategic reserve, consisting of immature cells. At the command of the skin, they quickly integrate into the destroyed tissue and acquire their properties. Fibroblasts migrate with them, recreating new young cells. Within 24 hours after the microneedling procedure, they eliminate the remains of damaged, dead cells, old collagen, elastin, outdated melanin; restore the upper layer of the epidermis, while forming an updated one.

Effect No. 2 The action of mesococktails. The secondary effect of microneedling is the action of a mesococktail introduced under the skin. Depending on the individually selected composition, it has a rejuvenating effect, reduces the volume of subcutaneous fat, stimulates cell metabolism, improves local blood circulation, and participates in lymph metabolism. Accordingly, after one session, the first results will be visible.
